I Shop here frequently. The Prices are steep AF, (However it is NOT the Employees' faults; as they do NOT set the Prices!) Jake, and a couple other Guys who work there are always Quick, Friendly, Helpful, and moderately Knowledgeable about numerous products. People {{Customers/Patron's}} need to understand a few basic concepts about Products, Services, Sales, In-Store Policies, and Business in general. For one, many of their Policies about purchases are Posted in several locations in the store and online. The employees who WORK here Do Not know every little detail about every single product they sell. That is our job as the Consumer to make a decision, an Informed decision as to whether or not we want to buy these items. Most if not all of these items sold are available to view online, many of them even have QR codes. Look into it, Google it if you want more information than what the employee(s) has on hand or often off-the-top of their head; also they go by word of mouth feedback about various products, such as New items they get in (Perhaps: New Vape Devices, CBD products, Flavored Nicotine Oils/Salt-Nics, etc etc.). That being said; if 10 people try a New Item, and all 10 come back with Feedback on the item... it's almost Guaranteed that each of them will have a different opinion about said product. That's how word of mouth works!! We all know the saying about Opinions; "Opinions are like 's ..Everybody's Got One!" If 10 people try the new "Watermelon Bubblegum" flavored Vape Juice, 10 different opinions about the Flavor and the Value of the Vape Juice will be slightly different. Now that we've all established that the employees Do Not own Vapor Maven, nor do they Create the Products sold here, nor do they Create Policies and Proceedures dealing with the Manufacturer and the Warranties or lack thereof, perhaps we can also agree that these employees are simply trading their Time for an Hourly rate, a rate that is not nearly enough to boast about! Also, that Hourly Rate is Damn Sure NOT nearly enough to deal with YOUR or My Bullshit! Their lil $12/hour (or whatever it is) is not enough to be treated like Peasants or Less-Thans! If you are unhappy with a product or warranty or quality that is when you reach out to the owner! Call the manufacturer of the product you're unhappy with. I've always been treated very good in this store, by everyone I've encountered working there!! The reason I've been treated well is because I treat whoever is working there with respect and decency. I don't blame them if I bought a Lemon Product, I let them know, ask what can be done, and I can read "No refunds or exchanges...." On certain products. So, if they are informing me that I need to take it up with the manufacturer, because the owner doesn't warranty certain products. How is it the Hourly worker's Fault? Hmm‍ Wait.. ITS NOT!! Let's Educate ourselves on Business 101, Manufacturer's Warranties, Owners of Businesses Responsibilities, Who to Contact and Call when We buy a Faulty Product, and Let's have some Fkn Decency and Respect for those Employees who are again Trading their Valuable Time & energy For a Shitty Low Hourly Rate that especially in 2022 is NOT worth their time. I will defend these Guys Who work at Cape Vapor Maven; they are always Awesome! ((As far as the Owner, The Manufacturers, and some of the Products sold There; Not a Fan.)) read more

This is my favorite smoke shop to go to in Cape. They have the best prices on glass hands down and all the people that work there are nice and helpful. I also appreciate that they are conscious about making people wear masks in the store, it makes me feel safer. They also have multiple black lives matter signs hanging up, so its a really inclusive environment. read more
