They sold me two bad vapes one was sold to me with a bad coil in it when I took it in more then once they said nothing was wrong with it, when it wont hold charge and barley hit and you can smell the bad coil in it , also I was sold a vape that almost cought on fire in my hands !Do not buy any vapes in there innless you want a pos , and don't expect the person working to know a thing about the products they sell. Jesse the owner is obviously more interested in hooking you up and helping out the vaping community than he is interested in making a buck off of you. In this day and age with a B&M on almost every corner you will never catch me spending money any where else but Soo Vape. I love that when you go into any location you know the employees, and you know they are going to take good care of you. I have only been vaping a short time but with Soo Vape as my go to B&M I feel like I have the knowledge and experience backing me as if it were my own. I strongly recommend if you buy from anywhere off the internet it should be at Soo Vape.
