Between the terrible quality items, rude "store owner" and blatant lack of training of employees... I definitely won't be purchasing from here again. I came yesterday and bought a banger, got home and it literally broke before I could even use it. Mind you, I bought a whole silicone rig from here a couple weeks ago and the nail to that broke already too. Anyways, I called within 20 minutes of buying this banger yesterday and the woman employee told me to bring it back and they'd replace it. I called maybe an hour later, this time spoke to a man. I told him I couldn't come back that same night but I would tomorrow (today). He said just bring it back up and we'll get it taken care of. When I got there this morning the "store owner" was helping another customer but was absolutely rude and dismissive of me and made sure to point out her nifty little signs that say they don't do returns. Which makes sense, because the items are such terrible quality. They'd be returning and replacing everything they sell. She clearly needs that $10 it would have taken just say "hey, our bad for the miscommunication about policy but we'll take care of you this time around" more than I do, lol. Glad I wasted 40 minutes worth of gas for nothing. Sounds like y'all need some courses in customer service and how to make sure your employees are properly trained. read more
