Use to work here part time and got fired cause I ain't prioritize a 11$ a hour job. My last shift I let my manager know I would start a full time job Monday and my days were Monday thru Sunday with 2 days off rotating and I would let her know the days I had off. I was let go and Brad the owner was very rude and unprofessional thru text messages. I'll have them posted here. Don't waste a dime here horrible owner and wayy over priced. Go else where do ya self a favor. I worked 2 weeks training and 1 week non training. They hold your training check for 90 days and he refuses to give it to me because I was let go, due to the fact I ain't prioritize him over my full time job that actually pays my bills. read more

The previous owner was great and cared about his customers. The new owners are terrible. They take your money and give you the wrong order. I paid for 4 bottles and they forgot to add the nicotine so when I went back Regina did replace 3 bottles but not the one used bottle (although it was NOT what I paid for). My next visit I paid for 4 bottles of Space Milk but came home to find it was Space Monkey not Milk. On top of that my bill went from my normal $74.00 to $123.20 just for STORE MADE JUICE. They blamed Trump's tariffs. Now I am stuck with the wrong juice yet again and paid way more than expected. I shopped there only because the juice was better on my coils. Now, I would rather pay for more coils and juice from a different store with customer service! The employees are very nice but Regina is not. She also is very pushy and takes plus selling to another level. I am not happy because I will need to go back to cigarettes or find a different store with different juice. I have been shopping at Vapor Rocket for over ten years but not anymore. read more

Still 1 Star. The owners/representatives will not claim the business. Their price are marked up 100percent. What a rip off. My son went in the other day and paid 26.00 for Yogi 60 ml bottle because he ran out. We just order more on line and received 2 for the price of his one. read more

I've had nothing but amazing experiences at Vapor Rocket. When I come in we talk and joke around like they've known me all my life. I've never had a juice I didn't like from them and it's so clean on my coils. Most juices I get roughly a week and a half, and I get about 3 weeks to a month in my current ones. The place is reminiscent of the old records stores you remember from the past with bins lining the walls and aisles full of albums sorted by artist.
