Unfortunate to say my second trip to Vapor Room will be my last. Upon entrance I ask the owner for Caliburn pods. He's ask me for which device and I hold mine up to which he describes "oh the worst one." Thanks for gate keeping vapes bro. (Also the Gen 1 KoKo is by far the worst and it's not even close. Maybe you should try every device first so that you can actually know what you're talking about.) He then remarks that my pods don't last as long as the old Caliburn pods. (Again. Not true. I've used old and new pods. The only difference is Caliburn switched to changeable coils to cut down on waste.) But after purchasing the coils I understood why he thought that. This was by far the worst pack of coils I've ever had. Each coil lasted me one fill up. Or about 1-2 days per coil. Usually I get 3-4 fill ups or about a week per coil. Your product is faulty. Which you have no idea about because clearly from our conversation you don't test your product before remarking on it. read more

I will be honest prices are a lil higher especially compared to purchasing mostly online which is what I do. But being open minded here with great service, knowledge, and convenience comes an up-mark obviously for any business to succeed. I've delt with the owner several times as I've just started vaping right under a year now. I used to smoke 3 packs of cigarettes a day. He personally takes his time with me helps me find what will work best for me. I can say I haven't had a cigarette sense. That's truly why I will also come back is the personal customer service and wide variety to select from... I came in just to get a disposable and some D8 & instead of jumping on the fact that I would be in every week to spend 25-30 on a disposable he encouraged me to get a salt nic device to save me money. He offered me a free device as long as I bought the juice which I would've had to anyway & it was actually cheaper than the disposable I was going to buy. He had a plethora of d8 & similar products and answered all of my questions about it and helped gear me towards one that would help with what I needed it for. He was super nice and welcoming from the first call and the moment I walked in. It felt like I'd known him forever! I highly recommend this store. The owner was a total d*ck.. My FIRST and LAST time ever going to this shop.. Came in wanting to spend money on disposables, owner kept trying to push me into an expensive box mod... Was rude af to my girlfriend for no reas.... We were customers wanting to spend money.. He was also mad that I wouldn't buy his CBD mids to put in my cones..
