I am submitting this complaint regarding a vape/electronic smoking product that I purchased from Feel Good Smoke & Vape Shop at 13415 SW 56th Street in Miami. I paid approximately $30 for the product. Within approximately two days of the purchase, the device was not functioning properly. Because the problem occurred almost immediately after purchase, I returned to the retailer with the product and attempted to have the problem addressed. The employee/person representing the business whom I spoke with was dismissive of my complaint and would not meaningfully address the defective product or provide a reasonable resolution. My complaint is not simply that I changed my mind about a product. I returned because a recently purchased electronic product was defective or malfunctioning shortly after it was sold to me. I believe a retailer selling electronic vape products should have a reasonable process for addressing merchandise that is defective essentially immediately after purchase, regardless of whether the store has restrictions concerning ordinary returns. I have retained the device and can provide photographs, proof of purchase/payment, product identifying information, packaging, and a video demonstrating the malfunction. I am requesting: A refund or equivalent replacement for the approximately $30 defective product; Review of the retailer's policies and representations concerning defective merchandise; Review of whether the store's return/refund/exchange policy is properly disclosed to customers as required by applicable Florida law; and Verification of the legal business entity currently operating this location. The last issue is included because the Florida Division of Corporations presently lists FEEL GOOD SHOP, LLC, document number L16000226519, with its principal address at 13415 SW 56th Street, Miami, Florida 33175. The Division of Corporations record presently identifies that entity's status as INACTIVE following an administrative dissolution for annual report dated September 26, 2025. I request that the appropriate agency determine whether that entity remains the entity operating this retail establishment or whether the store now operates through another entity. I am seeking a reasonable consumer remedy and appropriate review of the business's practices. I am prepared to provide all supporting documentation requested.
