In 2019, when I returned, the owner, Alan, remembered me and that I bought a large table lighter for my uncle from him a year earlier. He kindly asked about my uncle and if the lighter was still in good working order. That if it wasn't to bring it to him, he'd fix it or replace it. I spent maybe another $300 that day buying a table cutter and sticks for my trip. During both visits in 2019 and 2022, I had enough time during those short weekends to sit and relax with a cigar in their lounge, and I met some nice and interesting folks. The selection, even after COVID, is still exceptional. I don't think there was I stick I wanted Alan didn't have. The usual lounge has giant sofas, while comfortable, sometimes awkward to sit in. This lounge has these stupidly comfortable seats. I want four of them for my home lounge. Still among the best spots in Miami.

When I noticed I told the cashier who called his boss Chris. Chris told the cashier to give me his number that when the payment goes thru he will return the money. I have been messaging Chris on November 21, when the charge went thru and Chris have not refunded me or responding my messages. I then messaged him again on November 25, December 9, 21. This is beyond frustrating. This is a bad place to shop. The owner is not a man of his word. No stars should be giving, but unfortunately to leave a review a star needs to be placed.
