In the 15 minutes I browsed the store after getting my tag no one asked if they could help me; someone acknowledged me on my way in and another on my way out. I was looking for small accessories and not large ticket items. Since they're available at discount retailers and other bike shops I decided to seek them out closer to home.

Extremely poor service. I brought my bike in for a tune-up under my plan and they suggested I get…read morea new chain, which was fine. I picked the bike up and withing 25 miles the rear tire shredded on one side. I returned to the shop and was told this was just normal "wear and tear" and had nothing to do with the tune-up. I asked if an examination of the tires was nto something done in a tune-up, and they promptly told me that they have no way of knowing when a tire will shred or become unusable. The shredding was considered "a coincidence". I equate this to taking my car into the shop and know they will look at all the vital parts (tires included) and make recommendations on them. They seem to know what the remaining life span of a tire is I ended up having to buy a new tire and tube, which they would not even give me a discounted price on. They also mentioned that the tune-up plan I had purchased should have never been sold with the bike (not sure what that was all about...). I have been to many of the other bike shops in town and they are knowledgeable and thorough. These folks seem to be in it just for the money. Don't go here unless you really are in a bind. Go to a place where they know what they are talking about.

We where told by Kyle, a general or area manager, that our existing bed and mattress would be…read moreremoved upon delivery. When spending 13k you'd expect white glove service. When the delivery men showed they refused to take away the platform bed frame and claimed they didn't do that. I called the store only to be met with "we dont do that" and that he should've explained that to us and apologized. But that was doing me any good with a huge platform in my house. So I was left with a huge broken bed frame left in my hallway with no way to get it out of my house. First, that should've been explained so we could prepare to have it taken out, second, you dont spend that much money and not have a full service experience. The sales rep should have come up with a solution out of his own pocket and immediately rectified the situation since his commission on that amount is significant. Not only will we never reccomend Mattress Firm, as a active member of the community I will and have already proactively gone out of my way telling people to spend dollars elsewhere. What a stressful and terrible experience it was to do business with them.

We selected Matress Firm as a place to buy a new mattress because it was on a list of local…read moremattress shops with a good selection and good service. Shopping was fine and we were happy with what we chose. Unfortunately receiving what we purchased has been a bit of an issue. When you schedule delivery, you pick a day and the mattress will come between 8am and 7pm. You can't choose morning or afternoon, so you have to guarantee that someone has the ability to be home and available the entire day you choose. After 4pm the day before the delivery you get an automated call assigning you a 2-hour delivery window. We asked the store if we could request a more specific time on our delivery day, but apparently, it's impossible for the warehouse to arrange a route that takes people's schedules into consideration. Instead, we were advised to schedule during a work day and see what happens. Of course, we got the automated call telling us that our assigned delivery spot would be during the *only* time when nobody would be available. We couldn't even push the delivery window back an hour. Because of this delivery policy, we had to postpone delivery a week to guarantee that someone could be home during the full 11 hours. I'm disappointed that, even though we're spending a good chunk of money with Mattress Firm, the store and warehouse can't work with our schedule. Additionally, we paid extra for a mattress protector and asked for it to be delivered to the store. The store said they'd contact us when it came in, but they didn't. Instead, we had to call and ask about it. Again, I'm happy with the purchase, but post-purchase service could have been a lot better.

Brought my son here to have his violin checked. We were going b to stop at a different store but…read morethis was closer and I'd rather shop with small businesses. They have rental for violin, viola, or cello. Also repairs. Since this is a family owned store, I believe it was the owner that helped my son with his violin. He was extremely knowledgeable and very considerate. I'm happy we came here for assistance. This will be the place we come for violin repairs and questions.

The result exceeded my expectations. I came their without an appointment but Master luthier Andrey Lobko took care of my violin. In 15 minutes he fixed everything. And the price was very reasonable.
