A key part was either missing or not working properly, which made it unusable. What's even more frustrating is that when I brought the issue to their attention, there was little to no effort made to resolve the problem or offer a replacement. For something that cost this much, I expected better quality. I'm leaving this review to warn others--please make sure you check your items carefully before leaving the store. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. if you do make sure that you are using a  credit or debit card so you can dispute it with your bank once you realize that your products  not working this place get little to no business so  they wanna keep your money .

Their selection of advanced gear is very, very slim and they don't carry juices with complex blends, they're mostly single flavors (for example strawberry, watermelon, etc). But what bothered me the most was that they used old school cartomizers to sample their juices. You cannot taste the true flavor of a juice with a cartomizer, especially when you will be using the juice in a rebuildable. This place is great for newbies and people looking to switch.
