He's very friendly and treat everyone like family. As For me he makes me feel great when I make a purchase cause I know he would never allow me to be ripped off and I can't trust him with anything. He's NEVER been negative and always in a great mood and your surrounded by his positive energy. He also would never try to upsell you or sell you something you don't need. I always get the same jewelry so I can't speak to how great the selection is, but they had exactly what I wanted and for cheaper than usual. Since my piercing had been out for a while, the girl at the counter recommended that I have the piercer insert it for me, so I roamed around and tried to talk myself out of buying yet another purse with skulls on it while I wait. A few minutes later, I was called back to the piercing room which was clean and everything the piercer did was hygienic. I was in, out and on my way in just a few minutes. Was everyone so friendly that they wanted to stick around and chat? No, but they were as helpful as I needed them to be and would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a piercing or a unique gift.
