Staff was really nice, shop was nice and clean, they had a good selection of liquids and there were only a few customers and all of us were taken care of quickly/courteously. There were no prices on the bottle on the shelves, so I just assumed the prices would be reasonable. The guy rang it up and said $37 (for a 2x60ml bottle of juice) I thought that my ears were playing tricks on me and he said $27 (which would still be high considering the stuff I was buying I can get online for $16 but I figured this was the cost of doing business in person) So I handed him my card which he then swiped, signed my name, forewent getting a receipt out of confidence in what I heard and took off. I just couldn't help but shake that weird feeling though so out of curiosity, I pulled up my account to double check and confirmed my fear. I just paid $37. I went back to ask for a return and I don't blame them for not issuing one; It would be far too easy to tamper with an ingestible product that had left their sight. (The guy I talked to was nice the entire time and even offered to try and make things right with a discount the next time I come in, which I will pass on because a discount on a 100% + markup is still not a discount) So, the only reason this place doesn't get a 4 or 5 is because of the insane pricing. Only go here if you literally have no other option. I can't believe I spent $37 on 120ml. Holy. Cow.

I actually went back in to the store not even expecting a refund; I was more than happy exchanging the defective one for one that actually works. The woman tells me with a straight face (it was actually a mean, nasty and incredibly rude face) that she would neither refund my money or exchange it for a properly working device because I had put it in my mouth. I was pretty much dumbfounded at that point (I am a regular customer at this store btw, scratch that, i WAS a regular customer) I asked politely although somewhat shocked "How exactly does one know if a vape works or not WITHOUT putting it in one's mouth"?????!!!!!! Are you kidding me right now? It's literally impossible to know if a product like a vape works without the act of putting the thing in one's mouth. She said it can't be returned under any circumstances because they could not sell it after it touched my lips. This is hilarious and absolutely RIDICULOUS because the clear implication is that they would attempt to re-sell a product that i was demonstrating with all certainty to these folks that this particular vape DID NOT WORK. DEFECTIVE! ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. At this point i am pissed. This store does not have any No Return Policy or anything like that. What kind of store doesn't at the very least offer an exchange for defective products. Especially something that i had purchased and determined DID NOT WORK and come back in to exchange all in a span of 2 minutes. I should mentiobn that the defective vape was the last one in their inventory. The same company makes a smaller model that they selll for $7.00. It's a father/son team running the place and they are very nice people. So here's my thing.....when I started vaping, the shop I went to in Bloom sold me something to get me out of the door. I'm pretty sure it's mostly college kids who work there just trying to make a few extra bucks, so they aren't exceptionally knowledgable of what they're selling and they're probably more concerned with getting back on facebook or twitter than they are with actually helping a customer. These guys at Iron Vapor know their stuff though and they know how to treat a customer. Every time we go in, we usually end up spending at least 15-20 minutes just shooting the breeze with them and they actually want to make sure that you are getting something that you're going to enjoy. During my first visit I ended up buying a new mod and a new tank from them, but after I opened it and tried it (which meant putting my mouth on it), I discovered that I didn't care for the tank. I took it back the next day, not really expecting them to take it back, but just hoping that they'd maybe cut me a deal on a different tank.....they didn't even hesitate to take it back and give me full credit towards something more to my liking. My only complaint is that they don't stock my favorite flavor of vape, so I'm still forced to drive to Bloom for that, but these guys will get my business for everything else. I love supporting small business guys like this.

I've been using this store for a year now, and I realize now the business is called Good Guy Vapes…read morebecause these really are good guys. I barely understand what I'm supposed to get when it comes to vaping, so everything I have is recommendations from employees of this store. After a year, everything I own is still functioning at the same level it was when I first bought it, and I don't spend any time fighting with my equipment or wishing things were better. The service is always incredibly quick and I'm always greeted by someone behind the counter before I finish getting through the door. The atmosphere is quiet, laid back, and the employees are very friendly and easy to talk to. There is a high level of quality and professionalism present in everything that keeps me coming back, and I have never once had a single negative experience. If you live in the area, this is the shop to go to.
