He makes you feel like he just wants you off the phone!! The flowers were delivered and I was sent a picture, I was very disappointed in what was sent! After calling the shop and speaking with this person, it didn't seem to matter that I was not happy ...he did not offer to make an adjustment or really even say he was sorry for my displeasure.... To me that's no way to run a business!!!!

First off when she went in the flowers weren't right, and that's all my grandfather asked for when he passed. They gave her attitude for asking for them to be fixed, then waited 30 minutes while people were walking in and out with no problems. They gave other people hooks for free when my mom had to pay $1 each and, this is where it really gets bad. The lady serving her started to raise her voice "saying my moms attitude can go elsewhere" when all she wanted was her flowers right. I know it's hard losing a loved one, but that is no excuse for the wrath my mom experienced on a day that is already hard for her. Take a leave for a little if youre gonna snap out on people. The mums weren't sprayed and the woman huffed and gave her problems for that, then gave her a hard time about a the bows we needed. We ended up spending about $150 when we usually definitely paid less, I know prices are going up but, I feel like this was out of spite. My mom is a nice lady and it's hard to make her upset. This shop used to have such a friendly environment and my whole family is crying now. I don't know what happened but this is not the place to go unless they correct this. The place was packed and this woman made my mom look like a monster while everyone was staring at her.

I recently ordered my Grandmother a Christmas arrangement on their website and paid online since I live in another state. When my mom picked it up she had a coupon but unfortunately not my CC. They were extremely understanding and made sure I still got the discount, I really appreciated that. The flowers themselves were gorgeous, not a petal out of place and didn't look sparse even tho I could only afford the smaller bouquet. My grandma sent me a picture of them about a week and a half after delivery and they looked almost as perfect as when they were delivered. You can tell they care about their customers and put thought into their orders (our family is a regular there). I will definitely go back and I recommend them to anyone looking for nice priced flowers that look expensive!
