I ask "My vape has stopped working, can you help…read moreme with this?" explained half the issue before he checked if it was charging and then told me I was using an incorrect power supply, told him this is the second time I've had a similar issue but last time it was an issue with the air intake NOT the charge, could they be related? as the issue I'm having now is displaying symptoms of Air Intake issues.... I got halfway through saying this 3 times because he talked over me each time. When I said it for the fourth time I was told "I don't know why you are telling me this". I was telling you this because most people hear the full story or issue before making judgement. Told him he was rude and if he didn't talk over people all the time maybe he would know why. I used to encourage others to use local small business especially during this time but I certainly won't be coming here again, if this is how you think customers should be treated you don't deserve customers. They have a great website located at www.vapelover.com.au where i was able to perches my first vape juice, i chose Thrive blueberry. I was not sure on the vape unit so i made a quick phone call to the store and the owner was exceptionally good at guiding me with my first perches. His advice was honest and direct to the point with any questions i had. I feel the owner guided me quite well and recommend a unit specific for my needs. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is considering vape shops in Adelaide. If you are coming from rynella, lonsdale, hackam west or morphett vale it is an easy to find store on beach road Christies Beach.

I rang the store twice and basically got brushed off with we will contact the manufacturer and get back to you. Well, never heard back from them, so decided to go into the store. Long story short, got told it was my fault that the vape was broken and that i had obviously dropped it. Well, i had not dropped it and I was absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received. They had no interest in even looking at my problem or trying to helping anyway. I visited another Vape shop in Thebarton and they are selling the exact same Vape for $35 so unless you want to waste your money for a piece of crap that doesn't work then avoid, avoid, avoid. If i could i would be giving them no stars. Bad way to keep business is all i can say. Will not be recommending to any of my friends who live in or around the Prospect area.
