"BUYER BEWARE"......I have been shopping at the Fort Collins Vapor Core for about a year now. I reside in Palm Springs CA during the winter and always try to stock up on product because it is hard to find e-juice in CA. I have had great luck with them until now, last week I spent about 90 dollars, I came back in to purchase some cartridges (for a different ecig) to get my free 100 ml bottle of e-juice, I delt with Austin, I let him know I was $10 away from receiving my juice & needed cartridges, they did not carry the brand of cartridges so I purchased another new e'cig for approximately $40, after I purchased the cig Austin said they were out of 100ml bottles & he could only give me the 60 ml bottle, he would not give me 2 bottles that totaled 100ml because he said it was against policy, so I asked him to keep the new ecig ID just purchased & at that point he said they had no refunds! I'm on a fixed income & didn't appreciate the false advertising I experienced here after spending over $120, I will no longer shop here or refer anyone to this store due to the treatment I received from Austin, who by the way is the manager, he says????? These guys are awesome. 6 months ago they helped me graduate from a pen-style vape to a mechanical mod. They answered all my questions without any pressure to buy. After going home to consider my options, I returned the next day and made my purchase. They continue to help me whenever I need. Every time I go in there I learn more. I bought my first Mod here and when I showed up (not knowing a thing about what I needed and never having been in a vape store before) the staff was HORRIBLE about fighting over who had to help me.The gal was sweet but and got me set up but when it came time to pay the two guys were too busy to help her ring me up.Too busy, as in, one guy was unpacking boxes and the other guy was showing off while blowing smoke rings. I almost walked out. I won't be back if the staff is that douchey next time I go in. read more

First time we came in a few weeks ago owner was friendly and helpful. Came in again tonight to simply grab juul pods and we were ignored the first 5 minutes we were in the store. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes without anyone helping us before we decided to leave. Staff could've been a little more friendly and attentive and we would've given them our business. read more

Look, I really want to like this place. It's a nice, clean store. I bought my first mod and they guy that helped answered most my questions and showed me how to use it. But it seems every time I go in to get juice (including when I originally purchased my mod), I'm not being allowed to select what I want. Let me elaborate: I tend to prefer a fruity/candy flavor. When I bought my mod, the employee kept bringing over baked good-type flavors, which is not my thing. When he finally brought over a watermelon-smelling flavor, I had been at the store for so long, I just got it (watermelon is fine, but not what I had in mind). When I went back the other day, I again noted I want to hear about fruity/candy flavors, and the employee bottled the juice without me being able to choose the flavor or confirm it was what I wanted. It smelled fine and I was in a rush (more about that later), so I just took it. Is there a menu? There should be. If there is, how come I was never offered one? I don't need to smell every flavor you have, but just list three or four that fit my criteria and I'll choose. Most recently, when I was sold juice not of my choosing, I walked in and the TV they had on was blaring. Okay, annoying, but fine. I was in a rush and the guy bottling the juice would stop and watch the television for literally thirty seconds. He did this several times. There was no one else in the store but me and the employees, and I was there for almost ten minutes. I don't know or care what the policy is on employees watching TV on the clock, but it just seems wrong that they wouldn't pause or ignore it to assist me. read more

I am not from Fort Collins and I had just barely drove in from out of town and just needed some juice to cover me while I am in town. Kids were working behind the counter and I waited and waited to get helped out only to have one of the kids say "if you are buying a house blend come to the front!" When 4 people were able to just walk by me as if I didn't exist. that's why I am writing a review to anyone who just needs a quick bottle of juice is so go somewhere else! I randomly stopped in to see what this store was about and eventually had them make me a custom flavor. I live in Johnstown and it is 20 minutes away from this shop. I got home and tried the new flavor which was supposed to closely "mimick" a flavor that they had on their shelves but did not have 3mg. After getting home I realized that the created flavor had No flavor. I called in and was told that a new one would be made for me and after driving back to town for this purpose only, and to make a purchase of another flavor and a new vape for my fiancé, I was told that I needed the "garbage" flavor which was not told to me and was not with me. I hope that it is still on top of my garbage so that I don't get screwed out of the $20. I do feel as though they should have replaced the old flavor beings I was going to spend another $100+ at their store. Not satisfied and won't be spending any money at the store. read more
