After looking at the reviews over a decade ago nothing has change. No greeting. I had to initiate the convo. Asked questions to only get attitude and confusion, like the questions I were asking was so bizarre. I see vape juices and cart and asked a simple question if they have disposables. Only to get a backhanded response of "this is a smoke shop not a vape shop". I then asked what the difference was and to no logical answer. A place that has vapes all advertised on the front you would think it would be a "vape shop". Unfortunately, this place has disappointed us time and time again after my original review.... As with other reviewers comments, the nasty attitudes and unfriendly faces have become the norm there. At first, I just thought the owners were having a bad day, but then I realized they are all just miserable people (minus Alan). Forget the fact that my fiance and I spend at least $100 each visit, we still get absolutely no welcome when we walk in the door. We have to fight for attention to even get our orders in, and when we do... It's like a hassle or burden on them to get us our juice. No thanks. Great "Vaping" Stuff! The selection and quality of the Juice is the best in the business. At least based on my experience. I've been here 4 to 5 times and have always had my questions answered with enthusiasm. Yeah, they might occasionally blow smoke pass my face, but thats part of the charm. They sell E-Cigs! I've tried researching what the best kind of "E-Cig" to get and have always been overwhelmed with senseless advertisements. I could never figure out what was what until I landed at this place. Stop in to see a friend before he was off to texas and found a great little place to get what is needed and what i didn't know I needed. Matt is very knowledgeable and friendly and very attentive to his customers when it comes to the 180 something different juices they have if you walk out of the shop without something you can call an ADV it's your fault. So what are you waiting for if your headed to a b&m to get something give vapor phoxxe a try go in sit down have a Vape and see what personalized service is all about. A great little shop with helpful employees. I have no idea what people are talking about as I've met both the owner and one of his employees and they were more than pleasant and helpful. Maybe its because I am over the age of thirty five and not a stoner? Anyway they have a great selection of e-liquids to sample and a real comfortable setup to relax while you vape away. Okay...all the negative reviews here have compelled me to say my piece. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience at Vapor Phoxxe, and I've been a weekly customer since 12/13. Is there a little sarcasm at times? Yes there is, but I find it rather amusing and have no problem firing back when the occasion calls for it. Those of you who have Saran Wrap for skin needed to toughen up a little! The store owners and employees are rather witty individuals, and I enjoy the occasional banter. This doesn't mean they're not friendly! Did I mention that I'm greeted by name every time I walk in? As far as the juice is concerned; hands down the best I've tried. I've tried the half-price crap on the internet and it simply doesn't compare. The all VG formula is the way to go...big smooth hits from over 200 flavors! If you can't find one that you love, there is no hope for you. Did I mention that they will allow you to try as many as you like before you buy? I know, that's really terrible service, huh? They carry all the best equipment at very competitive prices. I've upgraded a few times and always get excellent recommendations from Robert. If they don't have something in stock that I want, he'll put it aside for me when the new order comes in. If I need tech support on something, he's right there with a fix every time. Bottom line: Love the place. I've referred 8 friends thus far who have all quit smoking and continue to buy from Vapor Phoxxe exclusively. Now I must say that the selection and products VaporPhoxxe has to offer are outstanding. They offer an insane selection, good prices, and have very neat decor. However I must say I would NEVER step foot in their business again. I don't think I have ever met a more rude person in my life. As with all new businesses in Hatboro, I felt excited to check this place out and support some local business, especially since it simply looked awesome. I wasn't quite sure actually what the place even was before I entered, so I walked in with more of a welcoming attitude than anything. As I entered I looked around and noticed the interesting decor and people sitting around. No one came to welcome me, and I was still quite unsure what they even sold. No big deal, they looked sort of busy. After an awkward silence I approached the counter with loads of questions. I simply asked the woman "what do you guys sell exactly?" She muttered with a cold attitude, "e-cigs." as she sort of blew smoke in my face. I became even more curious and brushed off her unpleasant demeanor, as I was interested (being a current smoker). "Oh cool! I've been interested in one of those! How does it work?" I said with a curious tone. Unfortunately I was faced with increasingly vague and disinterested responses as her caustic attitude loomed ahead of my genuine curiosity. I've never felt more unwelcome! She was giving me one word answers, staring at me like I was a moron, and puffing smoke at me mid-sentence. It was as if I was asking a grumpy lunch lady what was in the meatloaf surprise. Luckily the other man working there jumped in and was very nice and helpful in answering my questions. However I still felt scarred and unwelcome from her interaction, or lack thereof. It's as if they hate making money. I've never been in a store with worse hours or more passive aggressive employees. The owner can often be heard complaining about the high number of customers there are. The prices are absolutely outrageous. The female employees just spew attitude and the guys act like they know more than everybody in the world. Both of the ladies were helpful, attentive and nice. The second time we went, it was a different story. We told our other friend about "this awesome place in the Boro that sells e-cigs and they are great, etc.etc" However, It was almost like we were being an inconvenience to them by coming in. They certainly did not seem like they wanted to win our business. The male owner was working and "helping" us this time. When our friend asked him some specific questions he said, to me and my friend who own e-cigs, "why don't you explain it to her". It was not even in a joking manner. Yesterday was my first time stopping into this shop. I'm from the south jersey/philly area, so I'm surrounded by super professional vape shops, and the reviews on this place made me avoid it. However, I was in a pinch while visiting my girlfriend yesterday, and desperately needed to buy a bottle, so I decided to give them a shot. Upon walking in, the steampunk/vintage atmosphere they're going for is rather in your face, but I enjoyed the quirkiness. I'm assuming the old man in the steampunk outfit is the owner, and he was very quick to drop what he was doing to help me out. I can't speak for everyone who works there, but my experience with the staff was pleasant enough. The menu they have set up is a little messy. I strongly suggest they visit a few Philly stores and take some notes, as page after page of plain text really doesn't help anything stand out, especially when it doesn't even remotely reflect juice availability. Granted, they highlighted the house juices they had available, but it would be much less cluttered if they simply printed new lists excluding what they didn't have in stock, especially when it's the majority of the list. This isn't at all a deal breaker, but it dies take away from the professional feel of the shop. Personally I would suggest the blackboard approach. It cuts down on resources, and gives the shop the ability to really feature flavors. Plus I think it would fit the atmosphere. The juice selection is a little mediocre. The flavors are kind of generic, but the two that I tried (strawberry cheesecake and apple pie) were really good, and I settled on the apple pie. The house juice seems to be the main focus. I didn't see much, if anything, as far as premium juices. Being that this is one of the only shops in the area, I think they and their customers would greatly benefit from stocking a few bigger brands, i.e. time bomb, 9 south, Mt baker, and especially vintage vapors (those bottles would look so cool in that shop!) The prices are right, if not even a little on the cheaper side. Paying less than $10 for a bottle was refreshing, but only being able to get a 10 ml kind of sucks. Almost every other shop only deals with 15, 30, and occasionally bulk sizes. Again, not a deal breaker, and there's always the obvious option of stocking up on several bottles. Hell, for someone who likes keeping a variety of flavors, this might even be a positive. Getting three different flavors for $30 is kind of nice. Overall this is a good shop with a lot of potential, especially since they have very little competition in the area. However, this is a rapidly growing industry, and they should take advantage of the time to step their game up. If a really well established shop like Love vape should decide to expand out this way, it could mean trouble for them. They'd have a really tough time competing with shops that have well over 200 flavors consistently stocked and constantly growing supplies. read more

Was sold expired juice( 6 months expired) and was refused an exchange. Didn't even ask for refund.....just an even exchange. Maybe an apology as well would have been professional. Even with my receipt.... They wouldn't exchange for a non expired product. Most places of business would have been apologetic not arrogant. They are over priced and grumpy. Peyton is the only pleasant person I've encountered there. I hope he finds a better work environment. Won't be back....ever. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would have. First off, I was huge fan of this place when Nat, Beth, and Rob were still at this location, I've been away for several months until now because of personal reasons just to come back and find that my favorite juice is now "not available" any more. I was told by Alan and his new "friendly" employees that they have this new juice that was supposed to be exactly the same as my blu vanilla and SZ5, but it was a complete lie. This "Liberty Vapor" juice, no offense to whoever owns this juice is NEVER going to be the same as the juice I've been getting for the past two and half years. I bought just because I was in a pinch and I didn't want to resort back to cigarettes. But nonetheless, I can't believe his new "friendly" staff are, first off LYING TO THE CUSTOMERS about this new juice is the SAME and BETTER than their old "Phoxxebrew" line. But never have I felt insulted as much I have by his new staff. I felt belittled and the sarcasm still has not left this place. At least the old crew had a sense of humor that I could talk to instead of Alan hiding away in his corner in front of his laptop. I'm NEVER coming back this place ever again nor do I recommend anyone else either, the market is now saturated with better brick and mortar stores than this place. I stopped in to VaporPhoxxe a weekend ago on my way back from the city. I had actually been there once before but I'm not a frequent vapor so I purchased small kit and a bottle of juice and it lasted me for literally a couple months. I was greeted this weekend by I assume the owner who is both very personable and knowledgeable and also a very nice younger man who help me pick out the perfect new vaping pen that is exactly what I needed as opposed to the one that I have purchased before I didn't really ask for advice that time I just said give me that one) is a little too time-consuming to take care of. I feel like after looking online that I got a great deal price wise and a whole lot of knowledge that I hadn't expected to get out of that experience. I had actually stopped at a couple other vape places, one at Montgomery Mall which is so dark and dreary that I just couldn't be bothered to even try to purchase anything there because the place just gave me the creeps and no one there seemed approachable at all. that was absolutely polar opposite of the experience I had at VaporPhoxxe. I had also stopped at a place in Lansdale that was recommended online but I found that place to be completely not my scene, again it seems that the crowd were just a little too cocky and dismissive. Again this is absolutely polar opposite of the experience that I had at VaporPhoxxe. I'm not exactly new to the whole vaping scene because it's what I used to quit smoking real cigarettes back in 2009 but things have progressed so much that I was seriously out of the loop. My last visit to VaporPhoxxe I thought I really gained a lot of knowledge and made up for that time that I've been missing the evolution of the ecig. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to any of my friends and I will from here on out go out of my way to stop there because I appreciate all the time that they took with me and I believe in rewarding businesses that appreciate their customers. So this place gets a 5-star rating I'd give him 6 because they have an amazingly cute chinchilla in there but of course Yelp doesn't have 6 Stars. If you haven't been to Vapor phoxxe don't expect something that's glitzy and snazzy looking storefront. It's in Hatboro, it's a very homey feel good place and I would highly recommend anybody looking into vaping or already vaping to take a stroll on over. It's a super quaint store, very comfortable and homey and I think you will enjoy the experience because I certainly did and I am not an easy person to please. I wanted so much to like this place. I always do my best to support local business but this place really made it hard. Every time I go in with a smile and try and strike up conversation, all i get in return is attitude and disappointment and long wait times. I tried to stop in quickly once and waited almost 30 minutes. Anther time they had a sign that said be back at 7:15 so I walked around town and still by 8, no one was there. I may not be a big spender but gave the establishment several tries and unfortunately it never got better. Honestly the selection is great, and prices are good. But the lack of respect and negative attitudes have forced me to take my business elsewhere. It upsets me because the older owner with glasses and a top hat seems to be great and is dragged down by the rest of the crew there. I agree with the other reviews here to an extent. First of all yes, this probably isn't the place you want the kids to visit cause foul language does happen at times. Some people just are not people persons and the one everyone is talking about I have met many times in store. But keep an open mind and you will be alright, that is just her style and I understood that the first time I walked in. In other words I didn't take it personally because it wasn't meant to be taken personally. I actually kind of like the way she is, will just say what she feels. Anyway the place is a lounge type so don't expect to get in and get out in 5 minutes. When im in a rush I just place a juice order over the phone and then pick it up later to speed things up (juice is made to order). On a more positive note the décor etc of the place is great and if you do have any questions Alan is very helpful in answering and explaining to you the ins and outs. Not for everyone but I have been a customer for 6 months or so and will continue to be so. If your ego bruises easily look somewhere else :) read more

I have been using Vaporphoxxe since he opened over at the 263 Market Place. There have been many changes over the years including some people that I did not like. They have since left and the attitude is much better here now. I have always preferred the Totally Wicked Brand liquid which they carry. I have tried other mixtures but none of them had the full flavor that I was looking for. Vaporphoxxe has always stood by everything they sell. I always recommend to others I meet. read more

VaporPhoxxe - Vape Shops Near Me - Hatboro, Pennsylvania

Verified warning: many of the products Vaporphoxxe sells are what are, sadly, considered knock-offs in the e-cig world. No regulations often means no inspection of products, FYI. Upon the expensive purchase of a Kanger Protank, my attempts to "register" the product online took me to a white-background web page with Chinese lettering. There was no option to register my illegitimate purchase. Or maybe there was, but I only speak English. It soon after cracked vertically after a rinse with warm water. This product, mind you, was sold to me with the guarantee that the glass was similar to the Pyrex brand (which can be baked at any oven temperature and not, well, crack). I've asked the employees several times about THEIR tanks and THEIR batteries, and if I could purchase them. Every time I've gotten a "nope" and sometimes a chuckle. I guess it is pretty humorous to ask them for a real tank. The only halfway decent associate is Rob, who is entertaining and polite, but not very helpful when you have a legitimate inquiry about this crazy contraption you spend hundreds of dollars on. Speaking of, the other associates are cold, rude, and think you're an idiot. Like, you just walking in there means you're an idiot. It's kind of true considering their inventory. My long winded point that I should probably get to is the knock offs are hard to tell from the real deal if you have no idea what you're looking at, and let's face it, most of us don't. Liberty Vapor in Phoenixville has the actual products, and the difference becomes hilarious.
