If you are an adult you'll probably walk in to see some kid with his or her even younger looking friends all having a good time, and you'll feel pretty uncomfortable when they all stop and stare at you awkwardly as though you interrupted their party. Then, if you ask just about anything, the answer will be "uhh, yeah dude, like, I don't know". As a grown man, that has been my experience 80% of the times I went in, so now I drive much further out to go anywhere else for vape related stuff. My husband and I were visiting in Memphis and I needed new coils. I brought the manual in for the girl working that day. So I could get the right coils, she still gave me the wrong one and my vape was pulling weird with barely any cloud. When I tried to return it 5 mins later she told me she couldn't take it back even though she gave me the wrong size!! She never looked at the manual even once to make sure it was right. Smh. My normal vape store in Murfreesboro wouldn't have done this and would have made sure I got the right stuff or atlest return it for the right stuff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VAPE SHOP! Mine as well just order online. Vaporwize doesn't provide any better of prices and you have to end up dealing with the manufacturer anyway should you encounter any problems. Which half of us will. Additionally, normally a franchise offers more flexibility and options. But not in Vaporwize's case. Came in when they where slow after 7 pm, two associates on duty and two customers in the store. Waited thirty minutes without getting any assistance or acknowledgement of the wait. Still waiting .... And writing this review while I sit here. Not to mention the markup on juice is well over 70% higher vs online and minimum 50% higher than ALL local shops. I check prices vape spot I got to in Memphis and I feel for anyone even considering purchasing a RDA or anything for that matter here at this store. read more

When I entered the store there was only one customer there with 2 employees behind the counter, so I approached the employe who wasn't helping that one guest. I told him why I was there and what I was looking for, while I was talking to him I could see he was working on his own MOD and he could care less about what I wanted and did not even get out of his seat or put down his own MOD to help me out or get what I asked for. I ended up standing there waiting for him to put down his own MOD to help me with mine, I had to stand there for 10 mins before the other employee had to help me out. I could automatically tell these employees did not care about customer service or gaining a repeat customer. Before I visited the store I had heard from many people that Vapor Wize was a terrible place to go to due to their employees and their lack of any customer service skills. I stopped by there cause I was on my way to work and in a rush and didn't have time to stop by another vapor company I usually go to.
