I had subsequent surgeries to help with scar tissue that occurred, all the way up to the most recent, in May 2025. I called Dr Hanns' office about the possibility of an infection. His answering service contacted him, and he texted me, asking for pictures. We tried multiple ways to send pictures through SMS, but had to use email instead. After he looked at the pictures, he said yes, that needed to go to the hospital.. That is something I expected. What I didn't expect was that Dr. Han was out of the country on vacation. And here he was texting me back and forth while he was on vacation. He did tell me that he would be back in the US at the end of the day on Monday and would see me. Dr Hann has always been very professional. He's been very upfront about the pros and cons of what he was doing. He's been upfront about the potential for success and minimal improvement. I highly recommend Dr. Hann; his office staff is terrific, and I highly recommend them. Always helpful and accommodating if I had to change an appointment. Again, I highly recommend Dr. Hann for any type of hand surgery you may need.

Next step, process was to have a venous (vein) ultrasound of both my right and left leg. The ultrasound showed an insufficiency within my vein. Next Dr. Ravi Chandra's Surgical Specialists office scheduled and performed a venous ablation via a rf procedure on my leg. After the first 24 hrs. I removed the bandage and it did not take long for the "vein" to collapse. If you are apprehensive about visiting a vein center, I would encourage you to visit the team at Surgical Specialists of Ocala. I had such a positive experience with the office staff throughout the surgery by Dr. Ravi Chandra's team. He didn't even examine me. As I was leaving I told him he had the God complex and yes I said be a man and come out side with me in a soft spoken voice. Maybe he's still madd about his 2 million dollars medical malpractice case up north where he had to leave his home state and practice medicine in Florida. The man's a demon I seen it 100%.... I was very sick when I went to this care center…read more The staff at the front desk was very friendly and took all my information immediately When I was brought into a room, the nurses took the routine testing, such as: blood pressure, temperature, and more. They were very friendly, professional, and engaged in small talk to build rapport. They helped with getting my mind off of feeling so awful. The doctor was fantastic. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, empathetic, and made me feel very comfortable. She got right to work, checking me out and went far beyond the expectations for an emergency care center. She was very cheerful, and her personality just made me feel better as blood was taken and other tests were being done. It's very hard to explain this particular doctor's mannerism. As she works diligently to find out what is wrong with the patient (ME) She just makes a patient like myself feel safe and comfortable. It is a quality I have never seen with a doctor. I do not know.
