If you are used to going those big stores where they have commissioned sales dogs who hump your leg when you enter the store, you will feel unloved at Legacy. It is small town, this place is going to let you graze a bit first, and I can see how that is off putting when compared to the norm. For us, I like the prices. I like having my stuff delivered and undamaged (which is actually a big problem with those big places in the city). I like buying locally. It does not hurt to shop those big stores, but what you should do is take pictures, bring them to Legacy, and have them make you an offer (you can save a bunch, and have local service). Next thing I am getting at Legacy is a 32" LCD TV. Reggy has some good deals on them, competitive to Walmart, and I HATE BUYING ANYTHING FROM WALMART.
