Speaking with the owner today (12/18/23) She claims they fixed arrangement and called my mom 3 times with no answer, claims she was present on Friday; despite being proved with a picture via text. She then advised we shouldn't have "dragged her on facebook." THE FLOWERS DO NOT APPEAR TO BE FIXED, MY MOTHER RECEIVED NO CALL. When she was confronted she hung up on my mom. When I called her claimed asked I was harassing her (she was contacted via call on the text number her staff provided).

Isles were lined with new stock carts so I'm guessing they had just received a truck shipment. One thing I've never understood about these stores is that they always seem way under staffed. There's typically only one or 2 workers for the entire location & if u have ever been inside one u know there almost always packed to the walls with stuff. I feel sorry for the the ladies that work here because that's just quite a bit to handle
