Furthermore, working with the parts manager, Rob, was a great experience. He is very professional, and goes out of his was to ensure excellent customer service. The Renault has moved from a big site on St. Albans road. They do have a garage here offering full servicing and MOTs. Customer parking is limited to about 5 spaces. You must approach this car park on the north side or you will have to go up and around the roundabout in front of the galleria. The salesmen are typical of car salesmen.
