As requested, I considered removing my review but since I can see from Yelp reviews that this is not an uncommon type of incident, I am leaving it here for anyone else - like myself - may not have time to wait for the day of the appointment to find out if they can get legal counsel about a potentially urgent matter. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BEWARE of the tentative/pending appointment!! I have a legal plan through work and this firm was provided for me. I called to make an appointment and was told my appointment, for the following week, was tentative and that I would get an email to let me know if the appointment was accepted or not. I asked when I would find out and was told it would likely be in the next 24 hours. I asked what would determine if it was accepted and was told it was usually just a scheduling decision. So when it was just 2 days away from the appointment, I still had not received any response. I called and was told by reception that they would let the attorney know I called. ON THE MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT, I received an email that my appointment was declined. This is an unacceptable way to do business. My issue was becoming urgent and I didn't expect this kind of treatment.
