The first night I had two comforters because I get cold, but the second night they took my second comforter which made sleeping a little less comfortable. The location is great. Right in the city, which was good for shopping and checking out the cure Ragusa city. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work, so I wasn't able to blow dry my hair which was frustrating. Overall, a decent hotel. If you're on a budget or winter staying in the room much, I would recommend this place.

The bed is a bit lumpy and the water temperature has a bit of temper. It can be varied all within a minute- temperate, extremely hot then extremely cold. So be warned The reception staff is also not as nice and effervescent in their greeting as the other hotels on Sicily.
