I brought it to my local Chevy dealer today where now I am having to pay for a tear down of the engine DUE to MASSIVE engine problems. This is a horrible dealership and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. I have owned my car for 8 days and have not gotten to drive it except home.

We noticed that the car had a little shake, and we asked about it. We were told that it's always done that, so we didn't think anything of it. (Now, if I'm correct... people shouldn't have to be worried about buying a car because it should've been fully inspected. Inside and out. Not saying I'm going to get sue happy, but this is what leads to lawsuits because what happened to me at a stop sign was NOT safe whatsoever.) After doing some research, we bought it because we heard pretty good things about the motor it had (3.6 V6). Not even six months later, here I am replacing all four camshafts for $4,500 AFTER I just replaced the batteries because it still had the original batteries in it from 2018. The batteries costed $1,100. Mind you, because the batteries didn't get replaced, the car died on me at a stop sign in negative twenty degrees, and I was stuck for an hour and a half because I couldn't get it to move because the computer system went haywire. I would recommend buying a car from here, but I would tell people to be very careful, and to not get their hopes up like I did. After the repairs and the money I'm putting into it, I don't even want the Durango anymore. It WAS my dream car.

Derek is awesome to work with and recognizes when I bring my truck in and has checked in with me to make sure everything was ok. Was recently in PA and had to stop at a Chevy dealership there and they quoted me a bu ch of repairs that were needed to my truck. Brought it to Schwieters and they found about half of the problems the other dealership did and did a full inspection. I was given a loaner while my truck was in the shop and then I was told on Friday that my truck wouldn't be ready til Monday but I was leaving town early Monday again so the service guys ended up being my hero's for the day because they got everything done by Saturday morning and was ready to go. THANK YOU service dept!!! They were great, I've never had a problem with them and they have taken good care of my truck when I bring it in for service. They are also very communicative before doing any costly repairs so I know what I'm getting in to. I've recommended Schwieters and Derek to a friend who bought their pickup here too and I would recommend it again to anyone. I'm a diehard Bow tie girl anyway but the service here has only solidified why I'm a Chevy girl. Keep it up guys!
