Everything about this place is top tier. Customer service. Alternation service. The communication is clear and they are very honest. Everything from start to finish. I recommend this place 100%.

Amazing family and unbelievably kind! I will only go to this tailor from now on.

Vega family took a basic suit and made them GQ. We received so many compliments about the suits.

Amazing work!!! 10/10 work is clean and they were so quick! Usually tailors take weeks but this took 2 days and saved us for an event this weekend. Customer service was impeccable and pricing is very fair. Highly recommend as this is my new go to tailor shop.

Vega's tailor shop was a recommendation by the owner of Temecula Men's Suit Outlet. I've had many of my suits tailored, and without a doubt Vega's tailor shop is the most accommodating shop I've been to. The several times I've been in, I've seen people come and go to drop off/pick up. I brought in my suit and my wife took in her dress for our wedding day. Now for my suit, I had to get the 38S because I had no luck with finding a beige suit. I was able to get the sleeves extended as much as I could to resemble a 38R. I honestly had no idea that it was possible to extend the sleeves, but they made it possible. We were then given realistic expectations of when it would be ready. It took about two weeks to have them ready. My wife was also happy on how her dress fit. I could confidently say that if we need any future alterations, we will only head over to Vega's Tailor Shop!!

We were in a jam and needed a quick Taylor for a wedding. Maria was amazing. They not only got the dress completed on time, but it was beautifully done. Highly recommend !!!

She made what I expected to be an overwhelming process so easy and exciting. She is someone who really understands the special moments of trying to find your wedding dress. Needless to say, I found my dress that day with Carla's guidance & didn't need to go looking further - and there was zero pressure to do so. With that, she took polaroids of "saying yes to the dress". Then I went home with a goodie filled with cute bridal gear & reminders of when/how to get your marriage license! It was a sweet touch. If you're looking for a bridal shop, please check out Ann's Classic Affairs - you will not be disappointed! Their designs are gorgeous!!

All three appointments (initial try-on, alterations, final fitting) felt so private, peaceful, and special and Carla and the team were all so incredibly kind. I felt like a Barbie princess being so well taken care of as they went all around the room collecting dresses that fit my vision and my budget. I chose Dakota from Casablanca Bridal's Beloved line within one hour, I fell in love with it at the first appointment and will forever be in love with it. It was bittersweet picking up my dress because it meant no more appointments. On my wedding day, my flower girls came into the bridal suite and one of them said "You look like a princess!" which evoked INSTANT tears from one of my bridesmaids. Thank you Ann's Classic Affairs team for such a beautiful experience and being part of the exciting lead-up to our wedding day!!!

Took me a few months to process this experience. I accompanied my best friend to her appointment as her bridesmaid and also a bride to be myself. I was hoping to take a quick glance at some dresses during the appointment to see if I wanted to come back for my own dress on a different date. Everything was going well at first. She then instructed all accompanying guest to sit on the couch. It then became clear that Bonnie was the only person allowed to browse dresses and pick them for the bride to try on. The quality of the dresses were a bit questionable, looked similar to temu/SHEIN quality. After the first dress, Bonnie started insisting my best friend's dress was at David's Bridal. I wasn't sure if this sudden change of demeanor was because of a comment my friend made about her budget (which wasn't low) or because the rest of our party were Spanish speakers giving their opinion Spanish. It then started to seem like she did not want to make a sale. We asked her several times to pull specific dresses that we could see on the rack and suggested different styles, but she refused and even said "a ballgown on the beach? She will look stupid" to one dress we pointed at(pictured). She also told the bride she will not lose any weight because the holidays were coming up. After a few dresses, we decided to leave. We both could not believe the experience we had just had. Luckily, we had amazing experiences and found our dresses at Bridal and Veil in San Diego.

The employees working were given very clear instructions not to let people try on certain dresses. One of them called the new owner on speaker, who rudely explained I couldn't try on a lot of the dresses without an appointment and tried to make different excuses as to why. Cool, no problem, I get that they would want appointments for more expensive dresses. I was there anyway, so I tried on a couple of dresses that were allowed. They have new smart locks on the fitting room doors, which is odd. They also have two cameras directed towards the elevated area with the multiple full length mirrors. I fully support businesses having cameras, but why would two need to be pointed towards the area where CHILDREN shopping for school dances or for quinceañera dresses are going to be standing and posing in front of mirrors? It made me uncomfortable as a grown adult. I would absolutely advise anyone not to bring their children here. I left as soon as I stood there and saw both cameras directed towards me. Absolutely not worth it for a store of highly marked up cheap dresses. PS, most of the dresses are several years old and are now discontinued anyway :)

If I could give negative stars, I would…read more I found my wedding dress at Love Era on August 1, 2025. It was well over my budget, but I fell completely in love with it. I cried when I tried it on which is not something I do and after searching countless bridal shops, I had never seen anything like it. I paid for the dress in full that day and trusted Love Era with one of the most important purchases of my wedding. That trust was completely broken. The communication throughout the process was poor from the start. I repeatedly had to follow up for updates because information was rarely provided unless I asked for it. After months of checking in, I finally received the call that my dress had arrived. Excited doesn't begin to describe how I felt walking into my appointment on February 15th, exactly 90 days before my wedding. I expected to leave with my dream dress. Instead, I walked into what became one of the worst experiences of my entire wedding planning process. The dress that arrived was not my dress. Not a slightly different version. Not a manufacturing variation. Not a minor design change. It was an entirely different dress. The moment I stepped onto the platform, my mom's face went white. She immediately knew something was wrong. Within seconds, she brought it to Alex's attention. Rather than acknowledging the obvious problem, Alex repeatedly insisted it was the correct dress. Even when my mom physically pulled the sample gown I had originally tried on from the showroom floor and placed it next to the dress that had arrived, Alex continued to deny there was an issue. Anyone with functioning eyesight could see these dresses were completely different. At this point, I had paid thousands of dollars in full months earlier and was standing there being told that the dress I received was somehow the same dress I purchased, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. What was even more shocking than receiving the wrong dress was the complete lack of accountability. There was no genuine apology. There was no urgency. There was no immediate solution. There was no ownership of the mistake. Instead, I was told, "I'll contact the designer and get back to you sometime next week." Sometime next week. As a bride who was only months away from her wedding and suddenly had no dress, I was expected to simply leave and wait. I left the store feeling completely abandoned and with absolutely no confidence that anyone understood the magnitude of the situation. That same evening, I informed my wedding planner about what had happened. Within 24 hours, she had done more work to investigate the issue than Love Era had done since discovering the problem. She contacted bridal shops, gathered information, explored solutions, and provided answers almost immediately. Meanwhile, I still had not heard from Alex. Eventually, after my wedding planner and I did the investigative work ourselves and I presented my own proposed solutions, Alex finally admitted via email that there was a problem. Let that sink in. The bride and her wedding planner had to identify, investigate, and help solve a mistake made by the bridal shop. The only solution available was for me to take the showroom sample the dress I had originally tried on. A dress that had been on the showroom floor for approximately three years. A dress that had been tried on by countless brides. A dress that required cleaning, repairs, and extensive alterations because it was a size 4 and I am a size 8/10. As a result, I was forced into additional appointments, unexpected expenses, unnecessary stress, and repeated 100-mile round trips during the final months before my wedding. No bride should have to spend the last stretch of wedding planning wondering whether she'll even have the dress she paid for. Mistakes happen in every business. Ordering errors happen. Designer issues happen. What should never happen is a complete refusal to acknowledge an obvious mistake, a lack of urgency when a bride's wedding is approaching, and forcing the customer to become the project manager for a crisis they didn't create. The most disappointing part of this experience wasn't the wrong dress--it was the response. The denial, the lack of ownership, the lack of communication, and the absence of any meaningful effort to make things right until I pushed relentlessly for answers. My wedding day was beautiful, but the months leading up to it were made significantly more stressful because of this experience. Brides place an enormous amount of trust in their bridal salons. Unfortunately, Love Era did not earn or deserve that trust in my case.
