My computer had been dealing with slow boot times and weird hiccups for a while, and I honestly had no idea what was causing it. Shaun dug deep and found the real issue: my SSD had some serious corruption going on along with a blown up startup file. Stuff I never would've caught on my own. He got it sorted out and running the way it should. On top of that, he installed a brand new second SSD for me to use for AI and LLM training, which was huge since I've been getting more into that side of things. While he was in there he also optimized my system (about a 10% performance boost on top of everything), got all my fans running off a single program instead of a mess of different software, and even reorganized my components so some ports that had stopped working were usable again. He also threw in a few recommendations for things I could do down the line to keep my PC running well. I was excited to have my work done as fast as they promised, until I learned their promises are as reliable as the Federal government. FWIW, I had 9 company systems needing cleaning, updates, repair. We don't have internal IT, and the person who was doing our IT has retired. We had been told Supertech was the place to turn. We were told wrong, and that was clear in the first minutes of conversation. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. I was asking a question and the person who answered the phone hanged up on me after telling me they didn't have the RAM I was seeking. I also needed SSD's for all 9 computers. Perhaps the owner could have *listened* and perhaps asked a question before blowing off another business that spends steep on hardware for our work in the survey and drone industry. We *try* to buy local and access local services, but with this sort of dismissal, we'll go out of our way to avoid them. Shortly after I left this review, the business tracked me down and began harassing me over text (They had my number from Caller ID) Definitely a place to avoid. Passive aggressive reeks from this place. NO ONE. NO ONE likes being hanged up on mid-sentence. Under any circumstances. Another dealer in Henderson was thorough, asking all the right questions, and although they don't take tradeins on RAM (We have 300GB of RAM to trade-in towards 600GB of RAM) they helped us find a place who does buy RAM, and they have ordered the 9 sets of Crucial 64GB. I thought we'd be out of luck since we had no files of our previous design, but he said it was no problem like a pro! Thankfully, we were able to get ahold of our files and they were able to use them with only a few slight changes. They totally nailed it! Got us in asap, color changed one of the trucks so It would look white like the rest of the fleet and 3/4 wrapped the other to match. All in under a week. We have been through the ringer all these years with a few different wrap places, but at incognito wraps with Kathy and Joe at the helm, I am sure we've found our home!
