I had written it off and began the process of trying to get new carpet. You could HEAR your feet sticking to the carpet as you walked. Customers complained. I complained. We tried other carpet cleaners and it would look *better-ish* for a couple of days and then you'd start hearing the carpet again. Carpet should not be heard. I'm just saying. I was struck immediately by a couple of things. The owner came out to do an estimate and he was on time. I've gotten used to vendors being late. I also received a text reminder that he was on his way, so I was able to organize my staff to not need me for a couple of minutes, which in itself was very helpful. He told me he could save the carpets, and I actually laughed. He saved the carpets. That happened. He saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. I've never been so pleased with a service in my life...in twenty years of restaurant work I've never seen someone do such an amazing job, and take such pride in their work. You will not find a better carpet cleaner. He tells you upfront he's not the cheapest. I would say, he may not be the cheapest, but he's definitely the best value.
