It's truly one of those feelings where it hurts but feels good. You know what I mean? You know you are working hard but it helps get results. You can burn 700+ calories in just one session! There's not much that could make me voluntarily get up at 4:30am most days of the week, but somehow OTF does it for me!! Can't imagine my life without it!!
