Avoid this "luxury" apartment at all cost…read more I have lived here for the past 3 years and I cannot recommend despite trying incredibly to like this place. And here's why. People are living here on VOUCHERS. The behavior you witness here is something you would expect from a college dorm. Dog feces littered everywhere, poor parking, and screaming. This is NOT a smoke free building despite what they advertise, they do not enforce the policies and I smell weed outside and even my NEW apartment had cigarette stains on the walls when I moved in that they could not clean (see in pictures) THERE IS ZERO SECURITY. Your cars are not safe here. Broken windows and stolen tires ARE CONSISTENT. When I get home I see cars with shattered windows and tires gone. (See in pictures) Management say they're are "collaborating" with law enforcement which just means they called the cops. They are doing NOTHING to make the place safer; ZERO additional camera, ZERO security officers and ZERO extra lighting. And to top it off, for the my kitchen sink is completely broken.
