I picked up my shirts and they still had stains on all the collars, on all of my shirts. It's as if they just took the shirts and hung them back up and then gave them back to me on the pick up date. When I dropped the shirts off, I specifically pointed out the stains on the collars and ask they be treated. I don't understand how this is so difficult because my podunk dry cleaner in Hawaii was able to take care of these shirts with no problems, consistently, and we live on an island with limited resources. You get one chance to get it right. If you can't even provide the service as requested, then that's it. You know it's bad when I have to take time out of my busy schedule to write a review like this. Every time I see my shirts hanging on the rack with the stains on them, it bugs me enough to warn people about the lack of service this establishment provides.

One attendant comes and stares at you as you load your laundry and never greets you or acknowledges your presence except to give dirty looks as you're folding you laundry, she slams the dryer doors as you're pulling out your clothes. Also, I wish I had a job where my boyfriend could come and hang out with me and watch tv as hers does. Another attendant takes the liberty of telling you that the facility closes at 10pm when in fact, the last load can go in at 10pm and I the facility closes at 11pm. (I arrived at 9:20 pm and my washers were running by 9:30) I understand everyone wants to go home but if that's an issue then the hours of operation and the signage should be changed. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
