This park is a great lesson of how not to properly run an amusement park. From the very beginning we experienced a lot of delays and lines for everything. The parking lot only had 1 attendant to receive payment and he was taking about 5min with each car so the line to get in was huge. Once you park your car, you need to wait in another huge and unorganized line to get an overpriced ticket and get into line AGAIN to get inside of the park. Once inside, you have to get into another line to get a locker and to load a park card with money so you can pay for things within the property. After all these barriers are crossed (most of which could be easily solved with the introduction of a park app), you now face long lines for any attraction you decide to do. The food is ridiculously overpriced for the offered quality and it takes forever to be served. Management team could take a few lessons of crowd management and how to optimize service. read more
