I called and Denaldo (hopefully I'm spelling that right) came and figured out the wiring in all my detectors was loose and some had disconnected wires because the builders used too big wire nuts/connectors (thanks, D.R. Horton). He replaced the wire connectors in all my smoke detectors, and did it very efficiently. He was extremely reasonably priced, and it's a holiday today (memorial day). I called the warranty company and they advised that they were waiting on FixandRepair to send more details about the findings and that I could reach out to them for further info. My husband called FixandRepair and spoke to the guy. He stated that he was waiting on the warranty company to approve. So, I called the warranty company back at they stated that FixandRepair refused to come back and fix the fridge with no explanation as to why. Totally unacceptable. I will never recommend this company. First mistake, they were an hour late and I had to call him to see if he was coming. Just unprofessional. I guess they needed the $100.
