My smoke detectors was chirping and yes I changed the batteries in all detectors and they was still chirping but when the tech did the inspection the detectors was still going off, so I call the tech back and he told me I will have to pay a whole other service fee of $260 to come back out and I ask why because my problem wasn't fix the first visit. I called someone higher then the tech, I guess he had call his supervisor which he should've but the supervisor had already took his side of the story and the call was very rude and disrespectful to a paying customer. Even the supervisor stated that I was a customer for many years but he's also was telling me I have to pay a services fee of $260, I'm still asking for what because my problem wasn't fix the first visit. So I have a recheck with the fire Marshal this morning and I still have this problem and I'm out of $260. This company is a rip off and very disrespectful to loyal customers for 9 yes!!!!!!
