Vallee & Fils installed a heat pump in my home that had a burnt out, defective generator. When called to replace it, there was a delay of several weeks before anyone would address the issue. Once the issue was dealt with, the company (specifically NATHALIE) acted as though she had done me a favor as opposed to a required service as per my service agreement. The technician that Vallee & Fils sent to my home instructed me to telephone the company to inform them that they had installed the incorrect size filter in the ventilation system. When brought to their attention Nathalie insisted that the technician did "not know what he was talking about". The question was asked then "why send someone to my home who does not know what they are talking about?" Nathalie's response 'it doesn't matter". Nathalie personally delivered the new filter to my home with an invoice for $60.95. When I called to inquire about the bill I was met with PURE IGNORANCE. This company has TERRIBLE customer relations. They have no consideration for customer satisfaction and do not address legitimate concerns in a timely and respectful manner. Nathalie is rude, arrogant and has virtually no respect for the customer. In my experience with her, via telephone conversations, she was raising her voice, condescending, threatening and incredibly unprofessional. As a representative of the company she has little regard for the client. I would hesitate to do business with this company based on the simple fact that, should an issue arise, you will not benefit from customer support but rather be spoken to with utter disrespect. read more
