I had a call with Lori where she explained the types of services and fees associated with the package I was looking for. After signing the contract, I sent her the quinceañeras invitation and they were able to replicate a template for the event. The day off the event, they arrived on time to set up. The photobooth attendant was really nice and provided great customer service. The quality of the photos was great. The lighting was everything! everyone was able to get a copy of their photos and even had the chance to scan a QR code so you can save them digitally.
