Absolutely wonderful service. Rented a bouncer for an end of year party for my kiddos, and Evelyn's did not disappoint! The booking was quick and easy, the price was right and surprise fees here. We were setting up at a park, and I asked if it would be possible to request a specific delivery time so we wouldn't be stuck waiting at the park all morning, and they accommodated. Sam, who did the delivery/set up/breakdown was there right on time. He was kind, got everything set up, and even walked me through the rules and the generator in case we needed another outlet. He arrived right on time for requested pick up and deep a deep clean on the bouncer before he wrapped it up. Which was so great to see with covid and germs. It was raining when our event happened and there was a leak on the tent an hour before the party. I called Luis and he had someone there in minutes to fix the problem! Will definitely use them again. We also rented chairs, tables, and heaters. They set everything up the day before and picked it up the day after the event. Everything went smoothly despite the leak. They had everything we needed and at a reasonable price and even price matched a certain item. We got chairs, a jumper, photo booth and tables from them for a graduation party. It all went well and they were great items and dropped off and picked up in a timely manner. The only issue is they weren't very responsive via email. We had a great experience with Evelyns Party Rentals. They emailed me the morning they were dropping it off, and gave me a time estimate. I replied to the email telling them to call me on arrival because I may or may not be there during the drop off, as the party was at my neighbor's house. They arrived promptly within the one hour window (11-12), and called when they arrived. They were professional and friendly. The house was a little hard to access because the driveway is steep and narrow at points. The driver decided to take the safe, although more physically demanding route. He parked on the edge of the property and used a dolly to take the bounce house down and I didn't hear him complain at all. They brought their own tarp to put under the bounce house. All we had to provide was the extension cord to the blower. Setup went off without a hitch. The bounce house was clean and looked almost new, and had no issues. They told me since they had a lot of equipment out that day, they would pick up a little later than we planned for, and that we could continue to use it until they arrived. We just celebrated my husband's 50th...and I found this gem of a party rental place! Talk about great customer service. They were immediately responsive to my inquiries, and worked with me through all of my changes! The price is right for all of the equipment we rented, which was a 20 x 20 tent with side panels, lighting, tables, chairs, linens and heaters. The party was on a Saturday, so they delivered and set up the Friday prior. The gentlemen who delivered and set up were quick, thorough and professional. All of the equipment was in excellent shape and CLEAN! You can really tell they take care of their inventory. We called them last minute on Saturday (day of the party) for an extra heater and they showed up and delivered in plenty of time before the party began. We received so many compliments on the set up, and people were impressed (ourselves included) with the time this company put in to get the equipment set up and prepared for us to put the finishing decorating touches on. I first used them in January (2015) for my son's birthday party- as fate would have it, it was the windiest day ever so we were unable to make use of the AWESOME jumper we had rented for fear that it would blow away with our kids in it. He literally never even got to step foot in it, it was THAT windy. I contacted them shortly after 4pm or so to schedule an early pick-up since seeing the deflated jumper outside just made all the kids antsy. They were incredibly polite and apologetic about the situation (they had no control over the wind, really) and offered a discount as well as a credit for the next time we used them. The credit was used for my brother's birthday and they were, again, prompt, polite and professional with drop-off and pick-up. Fast forward to 6 months where we are now using them on a weekly basis for the banquet hall here at the hotel I work for. Luis has been great and super easy to work with- he ALWAYS answers his phone, responds via email within hours and always sends invoices as soon as they are requested. Whenever they unload chairs- they make sure they have all the correct equipment, are careful to not damage anything in our venue and even clean off every single chair they take off the truck. I cannot stress how clean and neat they are- from appearance to equipment.
