After an intensive search, I found Mark the owner of Wakeford Consulting. He was able to come to inspect immediately and showed me that he would be able to level it and he did not try to over sell me. He was fast and did an amazing job. He did let me know that they could do the installation if Home Depot kept delaying. Home Depot tried to schedule me over a month out so I called Mark and he was available within a couple of days. Along with installing the floor, he let me know that he could also take a look at my outside deck which I had told him needed replacing. At the same time as installing the floor, he was able to order and have delivered the wood needed for the deck. Between both projects it took about 2 weeks to complete which was absolutely amazing. Not only was he extremely experienced and efficient with the installation of this particular system, he charged us approximately $350 less than it would have cost us to go through one of the retailer's contractors. We are now able to realize much more usable space than before. Next job already scheduled for the hanging of a new barn door for the walk-in closet! With a new bike on the way, I found it was going to be quite a challenge storing it in our relatively small garage. I barely had enough room to squeeze the car in with just one bike, so purchased a ceiling hanging system. After the system arrived, I hired Wade Services to do the job. Upon arrival, he suggested an alternative solution that would allow for easier access to the bike. I went with his idea and was quite pleased with the results. Where there was once clutter and barely enough room for one bike, I now am able now able to fit two bikes (old bike pictured - new one will be placed where the tires are), store my ladders and camping tables, and still effortlessly park my full-sized SUV. However, on the day of repairs I was informed they couldn't do the crown. Ok, we made an agreement to remove that from scope. The remaining work was completed, but wasn't up to standards. Joe, the owner, agreed and we scheduled follow up work. Furthermore, the caulking they did was cracking literally the next day, but was told 'the painters will take care of it.' The siding was cut crooked, putting it in a position where it would be in contact with water. They fixed it. The flashing was installed effectively open to water ingress, but was fixed on a follow up visit.
