They set time lines that they never intend to keep. They do not return calls, they do not make meetings, they will not show up! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!!!! He came right out and fixed the opener (a new one was installed that was very quiet). Last year, one of my old original springs broke and Mike was unable to make it so I tried some other company (one of those that advertise in the junk flyers). They came out but charged a ton. Now, less than a year later, another broken spring. This time I called Mike's. He made arrangements to come out (even earlier than promised). He assessed the broken spring and replaced both springs for what I paid for just one last year. Thank you.

This time was just a tune-up for weird noises that they were making. Responsiveness: I called on the weekend and got a call back within a few hours to schedule an appointment. They worked around my scheduled to give me a date/time when he would arrive. Timeliness: Mike was on-time and friendly. The Work: Mike gave honest advice on what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. He also gave input on what I could do myself and should be doing to maintain the doors without having to call him. He tightened the doors, greased them, and replaced rollers. When he was done, I could not believe they were the same doors. Unbelievably quiet and smooth. Overall a great job and will most definitely use him again.

Absolutely the worst contractor we've ever worked with…read more Hired to install LVP, and we fired them after seeing the terrible workmanship displayed installing the leveler. Failed to install the primer (that we already had purchased and had on hand,) poorly mixed the leveler, and best of all, didn't even get the floor level. Immediately there was cracking and leveler coming out in huge sheets. They refunded the cost of the leveler, but we had to hire another contractor for $5K to chip and hammer out the damage they did. They love to post pictures of the finished floor, but I can tell you that what is underneath is as poor quality as it gets. Notice how he never responds to the negative reviews, because he knows they are true. He blocks any negative review on Facebook. Google their BBB rating, I dare you. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Right from the start, their professionalism made them stand out. Antonio , the GC and his project manager, Humberto, were a real pleasure to work with. They listened to our vision and provided solid advice on how to make it a reality. Furthermore, they were able to connect us with a very competent team of professionals, from architect to cabinet designer and everything in between. At times, when small hiccups came up, they found a way to solve problems. In several instance, they made suggestions that improved upon our vision. We also felt that the value for their work was fair and their attention to detail was outstanding. We should also mention that the basement they worked on is in our second home, so much of the construction took place while we weren't present. They communicated regularly and kept us informed every step of the way. Also of note is that they took the time to clean up properly once the project was completed. Unlike other contractors who bid on the same job, Trinity carefully examined the issue to understand possible root causes, and then talked me through exactly what they would do and why it would prevent the issue from returning. Trinity's bid wasn't the cheapest, but their reputation and communication made me much more confident in the investment, and I'm glad I chose them over the cheaper options. I highly value communication in a job like this, and Adrian exceeded all my expectations. He talked me through all the options, and shared regular updates about the start date and what to expect.
