This is a mozarella bar, and from our tours we learned about how they raise the cows in this region for this famed mozarella. Now I can't compare to other places here in Italy, but I was definitely pleased with what we ordered. We had the burrata. It was presented nicely on a plate with the Bufala mozarella in the center with accompanying anchovies, tomatoes and bread. I wasn't aware of the fish before ordering, but I gave it a go. Everything on the plate together balances out. Amaze-mozzarella-balls! Pair it with some vino and you have yourself a great snack!

We were two people who had not eaten and were hungry and it was typical Italian dinner time. We are every scrap but it would probably be too much for most couples. They have hundreds of wines to go along. They will help you customize the board if you have specific things you want to try and you can pick out of the case in the shop.
