They did a thorough inspection of the whole vehicle and realized that my battery was almost shot. They also knew that based upon the sticker on the battery; it was still under warranty. So, after asking my permission to do so, they contacted the local parts store where the battery had been purchased (yay for stickers that last!) and arranged for a new battery to be delivered to their shop and took care of a problem which I didn't even know I had! My husband jacked up the car again, and changed the hoses in our 100+ degree heat in Phoenix. When he put it all back together, we could hear the pump trying to work, but no wiper fluid. He said he was done, so I called Integrity in Camp Verde and made an appointment. The technician looked under the car and saw a loose connector. After he pushed the connection together the system worked. When I went to pick up the car, there was no charge. We have taken our cars to them before, and have always been pleased. They could easily have taken advantage of us with this repair. They did not. Integrity appears to be more than just a name with them.

John especially is a star, going above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and that customers leave happy. It's rare to find such consistently great service, but this place delivers every time, and their employees seem to stay long term, which says a lot about the company. On Sunday, I decided my car needed a good wash and took it to the Ocean Blue Car Wash on Main St. in Cottonwood. I completely forgot about the ring until I heard it get sucked up in the vacuum. I immediately flagged down John, an employee, who then immediately alerted his supervisor Jesse. They assured me they would bag the vacuum canister and look for the ring. They asked me to come back at closing where John was pleased to tell me they'd found my ring! Jesse then returned it from where they'd safely stored it for me. I was very impressed with John and Jesse for their immediate attention and honesty! I would recommend this car wash to anyone! Thank you John and Jesse! My sister and I appreciate you both!
