Seamless Experience !!! Again many thanks to Bridget, Matt & baby Hudson ! Within 2 business days of notifying my State Farm Insurance office in Sedona my fractured windshield is history ! My agents front office had RC Autoglass on the phone will I was holding and I was cheerfully greeted by Bridget. A new Windshield for my Ford Escape was ordered and in their hands within a day. The Installation appointment was set for the following day and they arrived early ! They came 25 miles to our home in Sedona and also where we have our business. What a fantastic experience. I get hit by rocks on the road all the time, and i needed windshield chip repair. Matt came out to check it out within the hour. He gave me an option between my car window repaired or replacing my windshield. I chose to replace. He did not have my exact fit because bmw requires only original windshields to be replaced, but he came the next day and did an amazing job. Oh, did i mention this cost me NOTHING out of pocket? Matt built me a custom sound system with 3 x 12" Rockford Fosgate's (P3D2-12), Rockford Fosgate amp ( T1500-bdcp), 2 x 7" monitors, a Shuriken AGM battery (1250 amp), plexiglass, custom lighting, and incorporated my air ride system into the design. Very well run business. I had to pay out of pocket for a chip repair on my windshield before my new insurance policy would give me full coverage. I waited 2 years to do this because all places were either pricey or difficult to schedule with. Matt at RC Autoglass was awesome. He fit me right in and it was quick and very affordable. Wow, only place I will go in town to take my vehicles for windshields and anything electrics! Great service and they go above and beyond. 100 % satisfied. Came in with a fix it ticket for a crack in my line of view. After commiserating with me for a couple of minutes, the new windshield was already being found.
