Expressed my frustration on his lack of progress today and he told me he's filing a withdrawal of lawyer of record shortly. Stay away from this guy. read more

Update: this law firm is being sued for charging someone 300k for 14 months of work. But good luck. !!Be aware of this law firm and if you are the victims of this law firm (This can apply to their clients or opposing party) do not hesitate to report them to the judicial council and ABA. Their misconducts need to be exposed on social media and the unethical lawyer should be stopped from practicing law, so fewer children and parents will be the victims. My own daughter has been the victim of this firm due to Attorney Travis Krepelka unethical conducts including: 1. Withholding crucial evidence. 2. Negatively influencing the custody evaluator resulting in the irresponsible parent gaining more custody with the motive of skipping paying child support. 3. Coconspirator with my ex husband to make false allegations and false statements. 4. Misleading the Judge with falsified documents. 5. Filing unnecessary petitions without any grounds to charge clients more fees. 6. Not exchanging evidence during the Discovery process, showing the evidence in a hurried way at the trial as a under-handed attempt to get his way with the judge. 7. Hired Gerald Francis to create a simple standard legal document. Between negligent over billing, forgetting to email key documents to the other lawyer, and careless breach of confidential personal client information, I'm extremely disappointed with services received. Attempts at resolution with management were futile. They claimed they did everything to accommodate my concerns however even in their replies, they misunderstood what my concerns were. Was only after multiple emails, many simply ignored, before some mistakes acknowledged and some money finally refunded. Avoid at all costs. read more

Lawyer and staff here fell below standard duty of care, poor communication and time management on my file. I was left confused and not taken care of I wouldn't recommend this firm . I think they take on too many clients and don't spend the time they need to learn a clients file as I had to explain my story over and over as if they didn't recall , all the while being charged for it. Poor communication going on in this firm between staff and nobody seems to be able to give a straight or honest answer. I was forced to retain new counsel, resulting in a large new cost as I had to re explain my story and situation over again to someone new. The lawyer also didn't do much I had put forth 15k and he essentially did nothing to push my case forward or get me ahead. Super dissatisfied. Would not recommend, total waste of money. My lawyer was Gereld. He did not care about me as a client and treated me as a number . Will be contacting the governing body as well. The comments from the law firm owner are unjust as I never once lied or made false claims to a lawyer trying to hear what I want to hear , sadly I was misrepresented by a previous lawyer who has since been disbarred by the law society due to personal issues and a substance abuse issue who also fell below the standard duty of care to multiple clients. I have refused to pay my final invoice with this firm as I feel the fees incurred are unjust and for the 14 thousand I spent I got essentially nowhere. They had also charged me for things I did not ask for and filing fees to which I was not made aware of . my new lawyer has had to be paid to fix this firms mistakes in court and pick up all the slack . I'm not going to engage in a public debate as to your diatribe and nonsensical response. You appear to have me mixed up with some other client given what you posited reinforcing your lack of awareness and understanding as a licensed practitioner having failed at meeting my expectations using your Family Law legal services. To my detriment, I spent too much...approximately $68,382. In reality, I closed my file and I could not do it fast enough. I have no record of any action of me backing out of any negotiated deal and your office did not withdraw due to lack of confidence. I used Tim Verhaeghe for my divorce. He was very expensive and pretty well useless. He wrote a letter on my behalf that was poorly constructed and really badly written. I would not recommend. Before you fork over your cash read the fine print. Every e-mail read and sent will cost you $60, so two e-mails back and forth will cost you $120. Go somewhere else. read more
