When she returned she said that I could not open an account because of my credit score. WHAT!!!!! My personal credit score (which was in the high 600s) has nothing to do with my business. I promptly went to Dupaco and they were more than thrilled to have my business and money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!! It is as bright and cheerful as the staff. Still, you choose a bank for service more as well as people, and that is what we have found here. When we've had a question about mortgage rates and refinancing, we got terrific service from loan officer. Most recently rates hit historic lows and she was there to guide us through the process. Thanks to technology, we easily did all the paperwork online. We followed that with one final in-person meeting to close. Every time I go in they know me by name and they are always willing to help. They have helped me make my financial goals! They're online banking is convenient and helpful and someday I hope they come out with an app. They have great locations throughout the cedar valley and their drive thrus are usually open for fast transactions.
