Every time I do, there is a short line that moves quickly. The customer service is always great, they are always able to fulfill every request! I often call in advance, to make sure I can get what I need, and it is easy to get a hold of a representative over the phone as well. The inside of this location is nice and quiet, and professional. There are bathrooms, which are kept clean. Overall, I've had a great experience banking here, and have you even found the best rate for my mortgage a few years ago! Then, because of a name change - one THEY already knew about because they had my marriage certificate on file - AND after an hour wait, they would not deposit it. I had received the check as a severance payment from a company I no longer worked for, and they still had my former last name on the check. I ended up going to the Wells Fargo in Regency. They were able to easily confirm who I was and made sure the check would go through with the bank who had issued the check. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the Papillion branch of Wells Fargo.
