As a result, the Affidavit of Service is of questionable usefulness for court filing. When I requested corrections to reflect the information that had been provided from the beginning, no reasonable explanation was offered. Instead, I was essentially told that my name appeared in the document and that if I wanted anything different, I should order and pay for the service again.
