I wanted to get the new iPhone 12 Pro Max but since they weren't out yet he told me it would be BEST to just lease the iPhone 12 and wait until the pro max comes out. He said and I quote "Once it drops you'll be able to come in and trade this one back in" IT WAS A LIE AND HE KNEW THIS! I'm assuming they get some type of commission if they sell the newest iPhones so he just scammed me into buying this phone. I'm now stuck with paying it off INCLUDING the screen protector AND phone case. If I did decide to get a new phone I will still be forced to pay the remaining balance off on this phone and the accessories! That's completely ridiculous and so evil of him to do. I don't recommend this location AT ALL! They clearly know NOTHING about how things work with the company they work for. I know to do more research myself before stepping foot in another establishment so this is just a lesson. It's still completely disgusting the way he stood there and lied in my face about being able to trade this phone in with no problems. Just gross!

All told, three employees assisted us, and provided useful information towards the validation of my wife's educator discount, the current stock of the device she wanted, and the timing of it all. When we returned a couple days later to pick up the Neo, again, the assistance was attentive, friendly, and professional, even in the midst of a very busy store.
