This is an authorized retailer store. They are limited on what they can do. That being said their staff is very nice and honest, even if that means sending you to the store down the road. For that reason I continue to try here before going to the big store. read more

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over sixteen years now and have been consistently happy with their service. This is a newer location located on the corner of East Colonial and Avalon Parkway. I stopped in to pay my phone bill. I travel el frequently for work and find it easier to stop in at one of their locations to pay my bill. The store was clean and inviting and the staff was friendly and engaging. They ran through a few promotions with me and we looked at ways to save me money. I get it, the art of the upsell. They all do it and it could be helpful if you could benefit by it. read more

Maybe it's luck, maybe it's patience, maybe it's Maybelline... IDK, but I haven't had any issues here at all. Today was my third visit in the last 2 weeks or so and each time I was helped by Christian. First time, we added a new phone line for my mom who is out of state. Second time, I was swapping a sprint SIM card for a new T-Mobile one in preparation for upgrading my daughters phone. Today, I needed assistance because the customer service folks on the phone were zero help when I wanted to switch phones from one line to the next. They actually told me it couldn't be done, but I knew we could. Some things you just need to handle in person. Granted, it's a pretty slow process at times, but I never felt like they were being inefficient or unhelpful. Patience and a positive attitude does wonders! read more

I've been a Sprint customer for a long time (20+ years) and usually you can get whatever you need taken care of in the store. Apparently not. After 5 years of my current undamaged iPhone 6s, I'm anxious to upgrade. This store was unable to assist me. Went here on Friday (10/16) for the new iPhone 12 preorder and worked with them for about an hour. They could not preorder the phone I wanted for some reason. Not sure why and neither were they. The manager assured me that she would figure it out and call me when they could order the phone. Guess what happens... No calls! So 5 days later, I go back to the store. Waited a good 30 mins as the store was busy at 11:30a. Finally worked with someone, he remembered me and said they've been ordering them all day. Why didn't I get a call like they promised? Hmmmm After a few minutes, it turns out they still could not order the phone. Excuse me? He didn't offer me any advice, condolences, saying they'd try again, etc. Just an "oh well, it's not your day" type of attitude. I figured I'd try online at Sprint.com and found out that online, they're doing a loyalty of an additional $200 off the phone. Nobody at the store told me this? So thanks T-Mobile store for not knowing how to order a customer the phone they desire. I saved some bucks and was able to order the phone I wanted all by myself in the amount of time I spent just waiting to talk to someone at the store. My advice (especially for Sprint customers) is to skip the T-Mobile store if upgrading and take advantage of any online offers they may have. Had I tried this sooner, it might not be another month or so till I get said phone. So a big Thumbs down to this store for not being able to help this customer. Thumbs down for the manager not calling me as promised. But a Thumbs up for their ineptitude saving me money in the long run. read more

I don't know who's bright idea it was at corporate to remove your pay kiosk so now every time I have to pay my bill cause your workers are too busy with new customers instead of the old loyal ones. I have both ATT and T-Mobile and I used to commend you customer service but at this rate I refuse to do this crap every time I'm canceling and sticking with ATT at the earliest convenience. read more

I had the worst experience with any phone company at this location. I have been with T-Mobile for a few years and I normally go to the Waterford location. They have always been super helpful and have had impeccable customer service. My phone started to do some weird things and I went to T-Mobile to get a replacement phone with the warranty I had on it. The Waterford location asked if we wanted them to send the phone to this location since its closer to us. We said that would be fine and we went on our way. A day passed and my phone was ready to pick up. We went and it was pretty much empty with one worker out. It took a few minutes for anyone to come out and assist us. The man that came out didn't seem like he really wanted to help and acted a bit annoyed. When we started to transfer the data from my broken phone to the replacement, the store wifi wasn't even working, even though they have been open for 4 months. We had to use my mother's hotspot on her phone, which we shouldn't have to do in a T-Mobile store. While we were trying to get that whole process worked out. There was a lady named Samantha who was helping a different customer. I noticed that her tone of voice was kind of rude and sassy. We were talking to the person helping us about a protective screen cover and we knew the process of the specific phone screen cover we had. She told us that we couldn't get a screen cover the way we were talking about doing it, even though we've been doing it for years. She was adamant that we were wrong and she was right. That whole thing passed and we were still waiting for the phone data to transfer using my mother's hotspot. A man came in and started saying that he was done wrong by this T-Mobile and he wanted to speak to the manager. From what I could see, the manager was pretty much hiding in the back room for 20 minutes because she didn't want to face the unhappy customer. So, obviously, we weren't the only ones with a bad experience with this location. In the end, we were in there for about 3 hours just trying to get the data transferred. If the location in Waterford isn't that bad of a drive from where you live, I would definitely go to that location instead. I love the people there and the customer service is always amazing. read more
