His careful demonstration and explanation on how to use various functions of the phone helped us with being able to navigate the phone better than we previously had been using the phone. The master class that he presented to us was epic! We now know more than we expected and caught up with the 21st Century. I went to this location. There were two people being helped. I was ignored and it seemed like I was an inconvenience I waited for 20 minutes and walked out. The two representatives said nothing. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!! I wish 0 stars were an option. I have never had such terrible customer service experiences in my life. No exaggeration. The two times I went there I left crying and emotionally drained. Both sales representatives blamed their mistakes on me and never apologized for the inconvenience they created in my day and financial situation. The store manager was supposed to call me but never did- BOTH TIMES. The first time I had to waste 3 hours of my day to upgrade and trade in my phone, and when I went to pay the sales rep charged me monthly instead of in full upfront as I had told him. This then screwed up my payment situation with the business account I am under. He blamed the miscommunication on me and complained that he would have to redo the whole transaction. His mansplaining attitude left me irritated and I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible so I told him to go ahead with it and that I would figure out the payment later. He never gave me a receipt or any paperwork explaining the terms I unknowingly agreed to. When I went in 3 weeks later to pay off the remaining phone bill ($410), the new sales representative made a mistake (then got mad and blamed the mistake on me for not telling her my situation) and said I owed her the full amount ($1,210) for the phone and that if I didn't pay it would come out of her check, therefore she technically owned my phone. I was never told that I had to wait for 2 billing cycles for my trade-in credit to be applied, otherwise, I wouldn't have come to pay off the phone. Duh. Meanwhile, I wasted 6 HOURS on the phone with customer service at the store and worked with this sales representative to work out this issue. An issue that she never took ownership of and continued to push on me. Unfortunately, the issue was never fully resolved. I need you to understand I am a very kind, considerate, and peaceful person. I avoid issues and arguments at all costs. I do not write bad reviews unless I feel like I have been wronged, taken advantage of, or disrespected...and in this case, it was sadly all. I can not stress this enough to NOT COME HERE. Go to an actual Verizon corporate store to avoid all this extra drama. The sales representatives obviously do NOT have your best interest as the customer in mind. read more

I visited the Verizon store Dec 4 and was met by Sean Holder. His customer service was excellent. Coming into the store in a panic ,he was patient, knowledgeable, friendly , and calmed my nerves. I had to visit the store again since my phone had to be replaced . I am assured that he will be there to assist me when I return . Being 68 all the technology can be overwhelming. I stopped in to pick up two new Iphone 11's. First, the representative tried to sell me protectors for the iPhone 12. Second, I made it clear that one phone was for me and one was for my mom and that I would not be opening them or using them immediately. Despite that the representative activated both new phones and turned off our current phones which I was not aware of until I got back home. I had to waste 45 minutes driving back to the store so that another representative could get things straightened out. One of the things that initially made me go with Verizon was good customer service, if I have another experience like I did today I'll be changing providers. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped by yesterday after a very confusing afternoon of talking back and forth with T mobile to cancel his line. Jo was amazing and helped us with switching over to Verizon, upgraded his phone to the regular iPhone 13 for only 10 dollars! Since they exchange his 10 in for 800 and the 13 was 810. Incredible service, she had to leave at 7 but stayed until close to help us with all of this, got him a new phone, case and screen protector. Also helped us add a line and was very patient through the whole process of us getting the information we needed.
