Very unprofessional and rude clerks without a sense of bare minimum customer service. This is my first time ever reviewing anything on here and there is a reason. I came in June 6th, paid my $200 dollars and told my repair would be done by the next day. I come the next day and am told by the clerk that his manager may not have ordered the part and he hasn't spoken to him. I then asked if he could call the manager and he said no. I asked why not and he repliedhe cannot tell me why he cannot call his own manager. At this point I was confused on how any business refuses to let you speak to a manager and can't even get a reason. Then he told me I call back on the following Monday for an update. I declined and asked for a refund after having to threaten to call the police to get my phone back from their inventory. the worst coustomer service experience I've ever been through they're not interested in making money they won't even show up on time for work it says they open at 10:30 but they won't be open if you need your stuff back they won't be in the shop don't go here! read more

the owner Mr. Dallas was very nice and efficient my screen went out completely. He told it would take only an hour give me a certain time to come back and when i did my phone looked as good as new. i highly recommend coming here if you have issues with phoneand prices are bad they are fairly reasonable! read more

I took 3 hoover boards in an it took several days (5) after the lady said she would call the next day with pricing, an I was the one that had to call back for the pricing. The wait an customer service was like I'll be with u when I get to you. They made over 310$ off me an if they had not had my other boards an it would be a 30$ charge to-get them out ida never dropped them off. I promise I won't ever be back. read more

I love these guys ....They are really cool and sweet . Bentley fix my iphone6 and he was fast. This place is always busy when I come in so they must be showing love. Excellent customer service. I have been to Tiggar's on numerous occasions. He fixed my cracked screen on my adroid, be replaced my screen when I updated my phone and the screen became incompatible with the phone. The price wasn't bad, compared to what others were trying to charge me. The other day I went in to see if I could update my phone without buying a new screen. He told me that he would update it and if it needed a new screen he would do it at a discounted price. Unfortunately the phone was already updated. Lol. But j appreciated his help and efforts of satisfying me. I brought a pair of earphones just because he took time to do that for me.
