Will Verizon sell/install a new battery for my iPhone 11? My phone works fine, but won't charge past 50% anymore.

I needed a new phone. I was hesitant to go into this store as the last three times my experience was horrible. This time, Jon assisted me. Wow!! What a breath of fresh air!!! He knew his job, he was quick to get me connected to a phone I could use and he got me the best deal I could afford!!!! Tonight, I went in to ask a question about my hotspot. Jon was there and remembered me!! He assisted me quickly with my concern. He even gave me phone numbers of a representative that I could turn to transfer service to a family member. Again, he knows his job and he is a fantastic (and the best) representative for this store. He knows his job, he makes people feel welcome. About two years ago, I visited the store in Johnstown to buy an iPhone 8 and had excellent service. Two days ago, I wanted to purchase three devices including an iPhone 11. Johnson Velez exceeded any expectation I had in demonstrating, assisting and service. I don't know about their other stores, but I would highly recommend the location in Johnstown and in particular "Jon" for friendly and efficient service! read more

The representative helped me very quickly. I brought my phone from Straight talk after talking to many representatives about my service not working. I had such a time with them. I was not to hopeful walking into the Verison store, but I was quickly greeted and my phone was working before I left. read more

I bought a phone here and this outfit is the worst I have ever dealt with! They are friendly enough but hid $300 worth of accessories in the bill over two years that the rep told me were free! (Charger- $80, phone case- $90, mophey, etc) They also tacked on an extra $5 a month without asking for an insurance that I didn't want (they removed it after I complained). These are not reputable people, I'm not a fan, the reps make commission on what they sell so that's all the hidden fees. Go directly to Verizon in Albany, you'll get a much better deal! read more

I upgraded my Iphone 5 to an Iphone 6s a few weeks ago at this branch and will never go back. I knew I had to buy out the last 2 months of my phone, then when I asked how to do a few things on my own my salesman says "oh don't worry I'm going to do that for you right now". So "ok, that's great" Never was told until afterwards that there were fees for all those "helpful things". AND the kicker is when I expressed that I was not happy about that he said "Honestly I've never seen anyone stress out like you over a few fees before". Go to the ALBANY STORE it's worth the drive. read more
