When I asked for who or if someone could call me back would be a help; I was told to not tell her how to do her job. This is unacceptable to not value a customer and basically did not want to hear of all of the concerns I presented. I requested a call back as for this was unacceptable! The services for our county are very limited and this company has no afterhours services and the customer service today was just the worst.
